All security personnel of Final Solution Private Security Service are to be certified and registerd with the state of California, Department Bureau of security and Investigative Services (BSIS). When a new applicant is interested in employment with Final Solution, the applicant must present an issued California security registration card. The California security registration is verified by confirmation from BSIS. This procedure ensures that the BSIS completed a criminal background check on each new applicant / employee.
New applicants are required to prepare a standard Final Solution application, as well as other documentation. Candidates are required to bring to their interviews all of the following detailed infomation. Your Resume, High School Deploma or GED, Drivers License, Social Security Card, a current DMV print out and all Permits.
Once the applicantion is completed,the Director of Operations reviews it. Upon completion of reference and background checks,only the most qualified applicants are scheduled for an interview. Questions including those dealing with convictions, employment history, or character references will be discussed during the interview, the candidate's groming, personal appearance, verbal and writing skills will also be evaluated.
In addition to evaluating the candidate with respect to rejection and acceptance criteria, the Director of operations will evaluate such factors as responsible actions, self-discipline, honesty, integrity,and trustworthiness. These factors will also be considered when evaluating those applicants who are finally accepted for employment with Final Solution Private Security Service
TRAINING
Final Solution Supervisors stay informed and up to date on the latest training techniques, basic first aid, effective communications, legal authority, powers of arrest, job safety, equipment and public relations. Our Supervisors also conduct continuous inspections of our security personnel for pesonal appearance, neatness, alertness, the condition of their uniforms and the general knowledge of the specific security instuctions related to your operations. Since this group is a vital extension of the management team, proper selection and training is important. Final Solution has developed programs to prepare our security personnel including classroom training, video instruction, public relations with emphasis on serving the client, the community,the organizational policy and the procedural manual. We also provide training in non-physical assertiveness where needed.
